Consultation
Your Certified Installer will guide you through system design and specification options to help you choose a system to precisely suit your needs.
Installation
Once you’re completely happy installation can take place. The time scale for this process depends on many factors such as whether it is a new build or retro-fit property and the level of system complexity.
Commissioning
This is the final stage and involves set-up and configuration of your source equipment such as Apple TV and satellite/cable boxes, integrating lighting control and finally programming and customisation of the interface on Opus touchscreens and iPhone/iPad.
To maintain the very highest standards Opus is only available through an exclusive network of Certified Installers. Every installer must meet the stringent certification criteria and regularly attend Opus’ comprehensive training courses.
