Opus Technologies introduce new Single Stereo in-ceiling speaker

Opus Technologies is pleased to announce the launch of its new
OSS165CC Single Stereo in-ceiling speaker, as part of its continuous
product development programme.

The OSS165CC delivers sonically superb true stereo sound from a single speaker and can even be used in damp environments, therefore ideal for bathroom and kitchen applications. The two-way stereo speaker design features a 165mm twin coil driver unit, combined with two 13mm coaxial tweeters and boasts an unobtrusive low profile design, with paintable grille allowing it to harmonise with the existing décor. The OSS165CC’s shallow depth of just 80mm makes it a versatile speaker, suitable for use where there is an otherwise restrictive ceiling void.

David Vukovich, Opus’ International Business Development Manager explained “In response to our installer requests we have delivered a cost effective solution to overcome the typical constraints associated with smaller rooms, particularly kitchens and en-suites, whilst maintaining all the audiophile characteristics of Opus CI speakers.”
