What if a problem arises with my system?
Call your Opus Certified Installer…
Most problems tend to be simple to fix and the best people placed to do this are Opus Certified Installers. They know our products back to front and since they installed your Opus system, they will be familiar with your set-up and will be able to arrange a quick fix.
Often it’s as easy as an explanation over the phone.
You’ll find your Opus Certified Installer’s details on your invoice or alternatively click here to locate your supplying dealer.
Even if your Opus system is out of warranty, your dealer will be able to arrange the quickest repair or replacement.
If you own an Opus system and are resident in a country that is not listed on the Opus website, please send an email to support@opus.eu with your location and a brief description of the problem and Opus will identify who is best placed to assist you. Please note that this only applies to countries with no Opus representation.
User guides
Many perceived problems can simply be resolved by consulting your User guide. You will have been given a copy when your system was installed or you can download user guides on any Opus model by going to its specific product page.
